Each year Adelaide's theatres offer world class productions, and the city hosts regular performing arts festivals. For example, Adelaide is one of the few cities to regularly hold Wagner's Ring Cycle which attracts visitors from all over the world. Another renowned international event is the Adelaide Festival of Arts which is held every 2 years (next one 2008).
